This premium organic matcha is made from Saemidori tea leaves, carefully

cultivated for over 40 years without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

The leaves are slowly stone-ground to preserve their natural character.

It features a well-balanced harmony of umami and gentle bitterness,

complemented by a rich and elegant aroma.
